Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the hotel’s overall goals.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, ensuring hiring of qualified hospitality professionals.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to maintain service excellence standards.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hospitality industry regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Monitor performance management systems and guide department heads in conducting appraisals.
Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and manpower planning.
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration.
Support a positive work culture aligned with the hotel’s values and service standards.

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Mandatory experience in the hospitality industry (hotels/resorts only).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hospitality compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, remain approachable, and foster a people-first culture.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.
