Role Overview:

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain WINHMS software and ensure it functions seamlessly across departments.
Oversee daily IT operations including networking, data backups, server management, and internet systems.
Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and system-related queries.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and upgrades.
Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.
Train team members on software tools and system updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Management within the hospitality industry.
Hands-on experience with
WINHMS
or similar hotel management systems.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi systems, and data security.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
