We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Manager with 4-5 years of experience in small to mid-sized organisations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations , with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently. This role demands ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work culture in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and employee database Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.) Draft and implement HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes Conduct employee engagement, team-building, and welfare initiatives Resolve employee grievances with empathy and professionalism Support learning & development plans as per business needs Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and office supplies Ensure smooth functioning of travel, logistics, and IT coordination Maintain official documentation and assist in internal/external audits Act as the liaison for health & safety, and company compliance records Qualifications Proven experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Administration Familiarity with Labor Laws and Compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Experience in the technology sector is a plus Show more Show less
