• Oversee all financial activities including accounting, bookkeeping, cash flow, invoicing, and reconciliations using Zoho Books
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure healthy cash flow management
• Create financial dashboards and reports within Zoho Books for management review
• Enhance internal controls and standard operating procedures for finance
• Support fundraising, cost control, and investment analysis as required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA / CMA qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• Mandatory experience with Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Familiarity with other Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory)
• Experience in tech, service, or product-based companies
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
