Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and statutory compliance, with a strong ability to deliver accurate financial insights through comprehensive MIS reporting. This role requires strong analytical capability, process ownership, and the ability to drive financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function with strict adherence to company policies and statutory norms.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP, ensuring timely posting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and present MIS reports, providing actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, monthly/annual returns, reconciliation of GSTR - 3B, and compliance with all GST regulations.
  • Handle TDS computation, deduction, deposit timelines, and quarterly TDS return filings, ensuring full statutory compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
  • Monitor budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial forecasting activities.
  • Supervise accounts receivable/payable functions, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities as required.
  • Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs.
  • Support leadership with data-driven financial insights, risk assessments, and strategic planning inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (MBA Finance preferred).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax Act, and related compliance frameworks.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and compliance roles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
