We're looking for a Burger Master Chef to join our kitchen team — someone who knows their way around the grill, understands flavor balance, and takes ownership of every burger that leaves the kitchen. Key Responsibilities:

• Grill and assemble burgers to exact specifications with speed and accuracy
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, prepared, and stocked for service
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety
• Customize burgers based on customer preferences and special orders
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
• Assist with daily prep, inventory control, and restocking
• Contribute ideas for new burger specials or improvements

Qualifications:

• Experience in a kitchen or grill cook role (burger-focused experience is a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with good communication skills
• Passion for burgers and creativity in flavor combinations
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
