The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed electrical BIM models for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and linear structures. Modelling Develop Electrical BIM models from LOD 200 to LOD 500 for diverse projects. Ensure models meet technical specifications, budget, and schedule requirements. Prepare Panel Schedules, circuiting , and Revit Family creation (parametric & non-parametric). Create fabrication details and ensure model accuracy for prefabrication workflows . 2. Provide Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and cut sheets for planning. Label and document all components for accurate assembly and delivery. 3.
