Job Description

Are you a skilled Finance Manager with strong financial and analytical expertise? We're at Vectorshades is hiring and want you to join our team!Requirements:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or a related finance/accounting field.
3–4 years of proven experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar finance leadership role.
Strong proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, and reporting.
Experience in preparing financial statements, leading audits, and ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.
Excellent understanding of taxation, cost control, cash-flow management, and financial risk analysis.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
Strong skills in tracking, documenting, and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and system entries.
Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong decision-making ability, especially in financial planning, budget allocation, cost assessment, and risk evaluation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
