This role leads to the full sales cycle, builds long-term client relationships, and collaborates closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security, HVAC, landscaping, waste management). Conduct market research to develop targeted sales strategies and understand industry trends. Generating and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids. Manage the end-to-end RFP/RFQ/tender process, ensuring timely and accurate submission. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facility directors, procurement teams, and executives. Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding and contract implementation. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage escalation of client concerns. Strategic Planning & Forecasting Develop annual sales plans and revenue forecasts. Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Collaborate with the operations, finance, and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with company capabilities and goals. Contract & Negotiation Prepare, negotiate, and secure service agreements, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in facility management, commercial cleaning, maintenance services, or related industries. Accounting Operations Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure accurate maintenance and handling of petty cash with proper record keeping. Perform bank reconciliations monthly and monitor daily bank balances and fund flow. Process employee expense claims and maintain payroll-related accounting records. Coordinate with SAP for data management, posting accuracy, and financial reporting. 2 .Statutory Compliance Perform monthly TDS working, ensure timely TDS payments, and handle related compliance. Manage monthly GST working, reconciliations, return filings, and compliance documentation. Ensure timely payments and compliance for PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax. Handle RTO tax payments and maintain relevant statutory records. Maintain all accounting documentation as per statutory and audit requirements. 3 . Financial Reporting Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheet schedules, and other MIS reports. Assist with and manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Finalize Balance Sheets for both individuals and the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Generate financial reports and analysis using SAP Business One. 4.Budgeting & Forecasting Support in preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and highlight variances to management. 5.Coordination & Audit Support Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors to resolve discrepancies. Provide timely documentation and support during statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred. 812 years of experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC/PT, and financial compliance requirements. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP-based accounting systems.
