In this role, you will be responsible for executing and validating test cases for LTE and 5G ORAN/RAN radios in compliance with 3GPP standards , supporting product certification, regulatory approvals, and carrier validation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality assurance, interoperability, and performance validation using leading-edge test platforms. Key Responsibilities Perform RF, RRM, and Protocol Testing of LTE / 5G (FR1/FR2) base stations as per 3GPP test specifications (e.g., TS 38.141). Conduct interoperability and conformance tests on ORAN Distributed Units (DU), Central Units (CU) , and Radio Units (RU) . Execute test plans using advanced tools (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, VIAVI) and debug issues with test logs. Support OTA and conducted testing, including throughput, mobility, and regression test cases. Collaborate with R&D, validation teams, and network vendors for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Document and report test results in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
