Human Resources Manager

As an HR Manager at Catlyn Homes LLP, your role will involve overseeing all human resource functions across the luxury real estate development and short-term rental management operations in Goa. You will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and retention of a strong workforce across various teams including hospitality, housekeeping, property management, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment for positions in housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, operations, and administration. - Manage onboarding processes, performance evaluations, and employee life-cycle activities. - Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, training, and career growth. - Foster healthy employee relations and facilitate effective communication within and across teams. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory HR requirements. - Create and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures specific to the hospitality and rental industry. - Coordinate with vendors and staffing agencies as needed. - Assist management in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
