Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Monitor material usage to avoid wastage and pilferage. Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management. Handle vendor deliveries and check material quality and quantity on receipt. Requirements : Experience in handling construction material stores at project sites. Good knowledge of building materials, fittings, and MEP items. Familiar with store software/ERP systems and MS Excel. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
