Regional Training Manager - South The Regional Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and development activities within their designated region. This role involves identifying training needs, developing training programs, and ensuring the effective implementation of these programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the needs of employees at various levels. Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are effectively implemented and meet the desired outcomes. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Work closely with General Manager and Unit heads to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals and objectives. Continuously update and improve training materials and methods to keep pace with industry trends and best practices. Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 07 years of experience in training and development, or operations preferably in the hospitality industry. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively. Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in using training software and tools.
