We are seeking a passionate and results-driven technology leader to spearhead the digital transformation journey at Sarovar Hotels. As Director of IT, you will shape the company’s tech roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure a seamless technology ecosystem that aligns with our business goals and elevates operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with business priorities
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems and infrastructure
• Excel at cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance across all platforms
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance guest experience and internal efficiency
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team focused on agility and innovation
• Oversee vendor relationships, IT budgets, and cost optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for digital enablement at the hotels

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven leadership in a senior IT role, with a strong track record of driving digital transformation
• Deep understanding of enterprise applications, cloud solutions, networks, and data architecture
• Expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
