The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role will also involve training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the HR Manager in strategic HR initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations skills Performance Management and HR Policy Implementation experience Training and Development, and Benefits Administration skills Knowledge of labor laws and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
