Assistant Manager Human Resources

As an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition in our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions within the warehousing industry. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles. - Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, and employee referrals. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions. - Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates based on organizational fit. - Driving recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions. - Maintaining recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensuring adherence to TAT. - Supporting employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications: - 4-6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Warehousing/Logistics industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping using ATS. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with MS Office tools.
