Assistant Manager Human Resources

As an Assistant Manager Human Resources at our company, you will be responsible for leading key HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Your role will involve connecting with both management and field teams to cultivate a positive, compliant, and performance-driven work culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including hiring through internal referrals and external partners with a focus on field and factory roles - Drive performance management by setting KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing improvement initiatives - Build strong employee relations by fostering employee connect, resolving grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment - Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain documentation accuracy, and stay updated on HR policies - Conduct and monitor skill enhancement programs for field and plant teams to support training and development - Maintain accurate HR records, prepare periodic HR dashboards, and provide insights to management based on HR data and analytics Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or field-force intensive setups - Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills - Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices - Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office - Ability to collaborate across departments and lead with empathy Please note that a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA HR preferred) is required for this role.
