Export Specialist

Job Description

Shipping documents, packing lists, etc., coordinate with different departments and logistic agencies, communicate with shipping carriers, and customs officials. Research international markets to identify potential opportunities and prompt responses to inquiries from global customers and suppliers. Resolve export-import-related issues. Prompt response to inquiries from international customers and suppliers. Resolve export-import-related issues. Risk Management identifies and assesses potential risks and develops a plan to mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations and customs delays. Quality Assurance for materials to be exported: meeting minimum guaranteed nutrients, size of granules etc. Familiarity with export procedures and regulations in India and ability to independently coordinate air and ocean freight material Compiling required documentation for customs, freight and receipt of goods and working with US warehousing team at Pro Cargo USA to coordinate delivery Collaborating with AA marketing teams to gather and update product details and specs such as data sheets, manufacturing processes Working with creative outputs such as product labels, press releases etc., ensuring integrity of information presented on such outputs and proofreading for errors Show more Show less
