Position : Export Specialist

Location : Pune

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Imports & Exports Executive to manage and coordinate all international shipment activities, ensuring smooth and compliant import/export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documentation, liaising with customs agents, freight forwarders, and internal departments, while ensuring timely delivery of goods and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: ? Handle import and export operations end-to-end as per customer requirements. ? Obtain freight quotes from shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders. ? Prepare and share the best competitive quotes with customers. ? Follow up proactively to convert maximum inquiries into business. ? Coordinate closely with vendors, transporters, and agents to ensure timely shipment execution. ? Manage all shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, etc. ? Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners. ? Track and update shipment status to customers regularly. ? Maintain records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. ? Handle any operational issues and provide effective resolutions quickly.

Key Requirements: ? 1-2 years of relevant experience in import/export operations is a plus. ? Knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, and logistics coordination. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: ? MBA in Logistics & Operation (International), Any Diploma related to Import-Export.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge about Import Export Freight Forwarding Custom Clearance of International Shipments International Logistics Experience - Follow-up Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
