Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Specialist located in Mumbai. The Export Specialist will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating with clients and customers, managing import and export processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves ensuring smooth and efficient export operations, meeting regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export procedures
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Import and Export regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end export documentation

  – invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, LC docs, etc.
• Coordinate with

  freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA

  for timely dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with

  customs and export regulations.

• Communicate with

  international clients

  for order updates and follow-ups.
• Prepare

  quotations and freight cost calculations

  for export orders.
• Track shipments, maintain records, and follow up on payments.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in

  export documentation & logistics.

• Strong understanding of

  INCOTERMS, LC handling,

  and international trade.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail.
