Sr Executive-Operations

Job Title: Sr. Executive - Operations Location: Saket, New Delhi (Head office) We are looking for a candidate to manage operational tasks and be a good team player. He/ She will be responsible to lead, manage and coordinate the activities of the overall operations of the company; understand the business nature and market requirements and creating internal policies related to day to day operation of Production and supply. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in handling operational tasks, knowledge of working on an ERP, and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Requirements: Should have minimum work Experience of 2 Years in an Operational profile Must have good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Preferably Hands-on experience with ERP software like Microsoft Navision or similar. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of documentation and reporting Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills A degree in any management or business-related field Responsibilities Preparing day-to-day to-do –list for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively. Schedule and coordinate with the related team to meet the demand and supply of products within the time limit. Identifying operation-related issues to maximize efficiency in terms of time, cost, and resources. Draw up reports regarding operations in the company and pass them to top management Reporting daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably management’s concern. Oversee financial issues and the development of long-term goals that enhance company growth Carry out evaluation of company’s present operational goals and suggest ways of improving important areas. Track and trace all in-transit shipments up to final delivery. Maintain and organize the company’s facilities Educate the operations team on company policies and excellent service standards. Liaising with Consultants, Vendors, and partners. Verification of invoices Preparing daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual MIS reports Creation of Sales Orders in ERP and related software developments Show more Show less
