About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Export Executive with proven experience handling export operations and business development in the Gulf and United States markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s international footprint, managing key client relationships, and ensuring seamless export logistics while maintaining regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Development & Sales:

• Develop and manage export sales in GCC and US markets

• Identify and onboard distributors, agents, and buyers

• Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor tracking

• Prepare quotations, export proposals, and negotiate terms



Order & Export Management:

• Handle end-to-end export order processing

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents

• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries

• Resolve logistics and customer issues proactively


Compliance & Documentation:

• Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, LC, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with US FDA, GCC standards, and customs regulations

• Maintain accurate export records for audits


Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with production, QA, finance, and logistics teams

• Communicate order status and timelines with clients

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally


Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare export sales reports and forecasts

• Analyze market performance and recommend growth strategies

• Maintain CRM and client databases


Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field


Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in export sales or international business

• Hands-on experience with Gulf and US markets


Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of export documentation and logistics

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Arabic language skills are an added advantage

• Export sales growth

• On-time shipment delivery

• Customer retention and satisfaction

• Accuracy of export documentation
