Job Summary

Export Manager – Pharmaceuticals

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  pharmaceutical export operations

  for global markets
• Develop and execute

  export sales and market expansion strategies

• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Logistics

  teams
• Ensure compliance with

  WHO-GMP, GDP, and country-specific regulations

• Prepare and review export documentation

  (Invoice, Packing List, COO, FSC, COPP, etc.)
• Liaise with

  freight forwarders, customs agents, and overseas distributors

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and distributor agreements

• Track RFQs, international tenders, and new business opportunities

• Monitor global market trends and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Pharmacy / Life Sciences / International Business / Commerce

• 5–10 years

  of experience in pharmaceutical exports (finished dosage forms or APIs)
• Strong knowledge of

  international pharma regulations and export procedures

• Experience with INCOTERMS, logistics, and customs clearance

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and export reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling

  Africa, Middle East, CIS, LATAM, or regulated markets

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage international clients independently

• Comfortable working in a remote setup
