Assistant Manager Human Resources

As the HR Manager for this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Aligning HR strategies and activities with the overall business strategy and objectives of a specific business unit or division. - Overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, including creating succession plans and addressing skill shortages. - Implementing performance management programs, setting job descriptions and goals with managers, and providing coaching and counseling to improve employee performance. - Handling and resolving employee issues, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment to improve morale, productivity, and retention. - Acting as a change agent to help implement organizational strategies and foster a culture that supports business objectives. - Collaborating with HR teams and leadership to analyze HR trends and analytics, and to create policies, solutions, and programs that meet business needs. - Ensuring adherence to all relevant HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and partnering with legal departments as needed. - Providing guidance and advice to managers and leaders on various HR-related issues, including performance, talent development, and employee relations. Additionally, this position may involve working closely with the company's leadership to support strategic partnership initiatives, talent management, performance management, employee relations, organizational change, HR strategy development, compliance, and leadership coaching.,
