Assistant Manager Human Resources

As an Assistant HR Manager at RINGS & I in Pune, you will join a dynamic team focused on shaping the company's culture, processes, and policies. Your role will involve working closely with the Head of HR to attract top talent, create a great employee experience, and ensure smooth HR operations. **Role Overview:** As an Assistant HR Manager at RINGS & I, you will play a pivotal role in executing end-to-end HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business goals, and supporting the recruitment process. Your focus will be on maintaining a positive work culture, handling day-to-day HR administration, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, maintaining HRIS, employee engagement activities, and exits. - Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals. - Define job requirements, source candidates, arrange interview rounds, and manage offer rollouts. - Implement onboarding processes for smooth integration of new employees. - Handle day-to-day HR administration including attendance, leaves, benefits, and HRIS management. - Ensure compliance with HR regulations. - Provide employee support, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities and coordinate learning programs. - Support performance management processes. **Qualifications:** - MBA in HR. - 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a startup. - Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong people management skills. - Tech-driven HR mindset.
