Assistant Manager Human Resources

As an individual contributor in the HR team, your role will involve executing HR plans and supporting HR life cycle processes for the location. This includes managing Performance & Annual Merit Cycle, Health and Wellness initiatives, hiring resources, Employee Engagement events, and Onboarding. You will collaborate closely with HR teams across locations to plan and implement these initiatives. Additionally, you will work with business stakeholders to identify needs and develop appropriate plans. Your role will require independent thinking and expertise in areas such as Talent management, Internships, Engagement & Branding.
