You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires, including engaging with them before they join, guiding them through documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will lead engaging induction sessions and training seminars to equip new team members with the necessary knowledge and tools for success from day one. You will coordinate seamless technical onboarding by ensuring timely setup of hardware, software, and access to essential systems. It is important to communicate company policies and procedures clearly to new hires, ensuring they feel confident and aligned with organisational standards. Aligning new hires with their managers and teams, clearly communicating expectations, and promoting early collaboration and accountability will also be part of your responsibilities. As the go-to liaison for hiring managers and new employees, you will provide hands-on support to ensure a consistently positive experience.
