Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and working knowledge of HR Operations. The role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth. The candidate will also assist in maintaining HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments — from understanding job requirements to onboarding the selected candidate.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.

  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely feedback.

  • Negotiate offers, finalize compensation structures, and handle pre-offer and offer release formalities.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.

  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

  • Lead or support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding activities.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness) and present hiring reports to management.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

HR Operations (Secondary Focus):

  • Support onboarding, documentation, and HRMS data management.

  • Coordinate with payroll and operations teams for new joiner inputs and exit formalities.

  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience letters, etc.).

  • Participate in employee engagement, HR audits, and policy implementation.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.

  • Proven experience in volume hiring, lateral recruitment, and niche role closures.

  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and ATS systems.
