Assistant Manager Human Resources

Role Overview: As an HR Assistant at our resort, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various functions to ensure a positive work environment and compliance with labor laws and resort policies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. - Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and uphold a positive work environment that complies with labor laws and resort policies. - Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs for staff to promote continuous skill development and career growth opportunities within the resort. - Ensure compliance with resort policies, labor regulations, and health and safety guidelines, while also assisting the HR Manager in implementing new policies as necessary. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the hospitality or a similar industry. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,
