Assistant Manager Human Resources

As an Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner at Aeries Technology in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives and cultivate a culture of performance, growth, and engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business units to understand workforce needs and implementing effective HR solutions. - Supporting employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, internal movements, and offboarding. - Addressing employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary, and ensuring fair resolutions. - Analyzing HR metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. - Driving employee engagement activities and initiatives within the organization. - Experience in GPTW Certification and its renewal process. - Supporting ESAT analysis and retention strategies through development and recognition programs. - Coordinating and managing rewards and recognition programs. - Supporting CSR initiatives and employee volunteering drives. - Conducting regular floor walks and interacting with new joiners to ensure smooth integration. - Collaborating with central HR teams (TA, L&D, C&B) to implement programs aligned with business needs. - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. - 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in a fast-paced industry. - Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR systems (experience with SAP/Workday is a plus). - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
