Role & responsibilities : The CSR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CSR initiatives.This role will involve the execution of financial transactions, documentation, reporting, and compliance across various CSR projects, ensuring alignment with corporate social responsibility goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operational activities of CSR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution across all centers in Kolkata and the suburbs of West Bengal. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and indexing of all operational and financial documents, enabling quick access when required. 2.Financial Management: Manage financial operations for all CSR activities Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team to prepare financial reports and maintain financial hygiene through proper documentation and the establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and release of staff salaries / honorariums. 3.Project Monitoring and Review: Conduct regular reviews and monitor the progress of all CSR projects to ensure alignment with planned objectives and budgets. Coordinate the periodic review of projects, ensuring project documentation is up to date and that quarterly expense statements and utilization certificates are collected from implementing partners. 4.Compliance and Audits: Ensure that all CSR activities comply with internal standards and legislative requirements, including audits of financial and operational activities. Oversee periodic audits of CSR centers to manage inventory, stocks, and ensure financial transparency. Collaborate with the Legal and Secretarial departments to ensure timely submissions of reports to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as NGOs, vendors, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular review meetings with CSR centers and suggest improvements for the quality of services. 6.Reporting: Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to the management, covering both operational and financial perspectives. Ensure that all financial reporting requirements are fulfilled, including CSR impact assessments and annual reports. 7.Quality and Performance Tracking: Monitor the quality of services provided at CSR centers and by implementing partners, ensuring project execution through evidence collection (photos, videos, testimonials). Update the social media platforms with relevant information on social activities and CSR project successes. 8.Petty Cash and Inventory Management: Ensure effective petty cash management across all centers, maintaining accurate receipts and collections, and timely reporting to the Finance and Accounts department. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in CSR operations management, financial management, and stakeholder coordination. Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements in CSR activities. Expertise in documentation, reporting, and preparation of MIS. Strong leadership and communication skills for managing internal and external partnerships LOCATION : KOLKATA
