As an Employee Support personnel, your role will involve serving as the primary contact point for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. You will play a critical role in resolving employee concerns and escalating them to HR Business Partners when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support during onboarding and offboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the initial point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes. - Assist in resolving employee concerns or escalating them to HR Business Partners. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes. In the realm of HR Process & Administration, you will be tasked with maintaining HR records, documentation, and employee data within HR systems. Your role will also involve assisting in generating HR reports, conducting analytics, and tracking compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data in HR systems. - Assist with HR reports, analytics, and compliance tracking. In the area of Performance & Talent Support, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs and career development initiatives. You will also play a role in supporting performance review cycles and goal-setting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives. - Assist in performance review cycles and goal-setting processes. Regarding Employee Well-being & Engagement, your responsibilities will include aiding in the implementation of wellness programs such as mental health and stress management initiatives. You will also assist in organizing various engagement activities like town halls, leadership connect sessions, and CSR initiatives. Additionally, you will support HRBPs in monitoring employee sentiment through surveys and developing action plans based on the feedback received. Key Responsibilities: - Help implement wellness programs (mental health, stress management). - Assist in organizing town halls, leadership connect sessions, and CSR initiatives. - Support HRBPs in tracking employee sentiment through surveys and action plans. In the domain of Employee Recognition & Retention Efforts, you will assist in organizing rewards programs like Best Performer and Long Service Awards. You will also be responsible for tracking attrition data and exit feedback to aid in the development of effective retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in organizing rewards programs (Best Performer, Long Service Awards). - Track attrition data and exit feedback for retention strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating Boot Camps/Induction programs, supporting the approval process for learning nominations, and following up on the completion of mandatory programs as well as pre and post-training requirements.,
