1. Employee Support
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes. Assist in resolving employee concerns or escalating them to HR Business Partners. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. 2. HR Process & Administration Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data in HR systems. Assist with HR reports, analytics, and compliance tracking. Support payroll, leave management, and benefits administration. 3. Performance & Talent Support Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives. Assist in performance review cycles and goal-setting processes. 4. Employee well-being & engagement Help implement wellness programs (mental health, stress management). Assist in organizing town halls, leadership connect sessions, and CSR initiatives. Support HRBPs in tracking employee sentiment through surveys and action plans. Employee Recognition & Retention Efforts: Assist in organizing rewards programs (Best Performer, Long Service Awards). Track attrition data and exit feedback for retention strategies. ' Co-ordinate Boot Camps/ Induction programs - Support approval process for learning nominations - Follow up on completion of mandatory programs - Follow up on pre & post training requirements
