SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: The role holder's key responsibility will be: To lead and manage industrial and employee relations, statutory compliance, and administrative operations across factory and corporate offices, ensuring legal adherence and harmonious workplace dynamics. Drive strategic HR initiatives, including payroll, CSR, welfare programs, and audits to support organizational goals and employee well-being. Job Location: Ranjangaon, Pune Work Mode: 5 days working Job Description: Industrial Relations & Compliance Ensure statutory compliance across factory and corporate offices (Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, LWF, GDPR, etc.). Liaise with government bodies (MIDC, MSEB, MPCB, Labour Office, Mathadi Board, Municipal Offices, political and local stakeholders). Maintain positive relations with labour authorities and draft responses to unions, political entities, and external stakeholders. Manage trade union relations, wage negotiations, and industrial harmony. Employee Relations Address grievances and disciplinary issues. Mitigate risks through process improvements aligned with Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality standards. Oversee contract labour, Mathadi workers, apprentices, and trainees. Drive policy compliance and organize welfare initiatives for contract staff. Payroll & Budgeting Administer payroll and PF activities for India and Mobility employees Manage HR budgets for relevant functions. CSR, Administration, Events Lead CSR initiatives and on-ground execution. Oversee factory and office administration (canteen, transport, security, housekeeping, gardening, courier, travel, stationery, guest house, visa/tickets). Manage HR projects basis need (local, regional, group-level). Plan and execute factory events Manage Pan-India statutory contracts and audits. Review and renew employee insurance. Compile documents and represent during internal/external audits.
