Job Description

As an Employee Support you will be responsible for: - Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes. - Assisting in resolving employee concerns or escalating them to HR Business Partners. - Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. In HR Process & Administration, you will: - Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data in HR systems. - Assist with HR reports, analytics, and compliance tracking. For Performance & Talent Support, your tasks will include: - Coordinating training programs and career development initiatives. - Assisting in performance review cycles and goal-setting processes. In the domain of Employee well-being & engagement, you will: - Help implement wellness programs focusing on mental health and stress management. - Assist in organizing town halls, leadership connect sessions, and CSR initiatives. - Support HR Business Partners in tracking employee sentiment through surveys and action plans. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to Employee Recognition & Retention Efforts where you will: - Assist in organizing rewards programs such as Best Performer and Long Service Awards. - Track attrition data and exit feedback for retention strategies. - Coordinating Boot Camps and Induction programs. - Supporting the approval process for learning nominations. - Following up on the completion of mandatory programs and pre & post training requirements.,
