Job Description

As the AM- Automation and Technology Initiatives specialist for the Brookfield Portfolio in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility is to oversee and drive various automation and technology projects across all sites. Your role involves ensuring that all services provided meet the clients" requirements. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving initiatives for automation & Controls - Conducting automation control design reviews and developments - Centralizing BMS and creating dashboards - Integrating asset tagging, energy dashboard, and ESG Dashboard - Implementing water automation effectively - Performing walk-through audits of all sites - Implementing new initiatives and best practices to enhance efficiency and service levels - Ensuring adherence to all JLL technological tools at sites - Attending meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments - Submitting MIS and related reports to stakeholders promptly - Resolving occupant concerns promptly and circulating minutes of meetings - Supporting JLL's emerging business by sharing leads from site works - Participating in JLL initiatives such as D&I, CSR, Safety Week - Embracing JLL culture and values - Handling any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry - Thorough understanding of safety and environmental concerns related to equipment and plant arena In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will report to the Key Account Director and work closely with the site team, including the Property Manager and two others.
