Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation processes. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely filling of open positions. Develop and implement effective HR generalist activities such as policy implementation, process improvements, and compliance monitoring. Foster strong relationships with employees through regular engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity. Ensure seamless coordination between various departments to resolve issues related to attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing. Note: Male Candidates Preffered
