KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHR Operations & Compliance

• Lead and oversee all HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and company policies across all sites.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS (SuccessFactors), and personnel files with 100% accuracy.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for HR-related compliance, documentation, and reports.
• Monitor adherence to HR SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Resourcing & Workforce Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with business leaders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract skilled talent, especially for technical and engineering functions.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, manage selection logistics, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Partner with business units to align manpower budgets and resource planning with organizational goals.
• Track and report monthly manpower analytics including attrition, vacancy status, and joining trends.

Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new employees.
• Lead exit management including separation formalities, exit interviews, and feedback analysis.
• Support the implementation of HR engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and pulse surveys.
• Partner with L&D and HRBP teams for capability-building initiatives.

Performance Management & Data Analytics

• Coordinate and monitor the performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
• Support managers in maintaining objectivity and consistency in performance evaluations.
• Generate HR dashboards and analytics on headcount, attrition, and HR operational metrics for leadership review.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure proactive HR service delivery.
• Coordinate with external partners (recruitment vendors, background verification agencies, medical & compliance partners).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5–7 years in HR operations and resourcing functions.
• Experience in managing HR operations for

  manufacturing or engineering companies

   preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR systems, and compliance frameworks.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong operational excellence mindset with process-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency in HRMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Analytical thinking with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
