Role & responsibilities

    and workforce budgeting for factory operations.
  • Support

    Performance Management System (PMS)

    processes including

    goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.

  • Assist in designing and implementing

    Compensation and Benefits Revision

    frameworks in line with industry benchmarks.
  • Maintain and manage

    Organisational Structure, Hierarchies and Job Architecture

    within Workday.
  • Generate and analyse

    HR Dashboards

    and data insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely

    ODM (Organization Data Management)

    and alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand

    workforce needs

    and propose HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with HQ HR for

    system updates and data integrity
