Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and resolve HR-related tickets and service requests in ServiceNow.

  • Categorize, prioritize, and route cases appropriately (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, policy queries, etc.).
  • Ensure all updates, communications, and resolutions are accurately logged and documented.
  • Meet or exceed SLA and response time requirements for each client.
  • Extensive client coordination and build relationships with all managers to understand their requirements and deliver in quick TAT.
  • Experience and proficiency in Fieldglass and Beeline MSP/VMS platforms for managing contingent workforce and vendor processes
  • Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to labor laws, mitigate co-employment risks, and maintain audit-ready records.
  • HR Systems & Data Management – Integrate MSP platforms with HRIS and provide real-time workforce analytics.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track KPIs, generate dashboards, and recommend process improvement.
