Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and joining formalities (ID creation, email setup, appointment letters).
  • Coordinate interviews (internal and external).
  • Handle pre-joining formalities and initiate background verification.
  • Manage exit formalities and coordinate with payroll for FnF settlement.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters (Secondment, Visa, AEP, etc.).
  • Assist in policy modifications and prepare HR reports and presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
