Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute

  property renovations

  in collaboration with contractors, designers, and internal teams
• Lead all

  pre-opening engineering activities

  , ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Sarovar brand standards
• Supervise the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and optimize system performance
• Ensure compliance with local and national safety, building, and environmental regulations
• Train, mentor, and lead engineering team staff; maintain high morale and productivity
• Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance logs, and energy usage reports
• Work closely with the operations teams to coordinate services impacting guests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in handling operations and maintenance of all building systems including

  MEP, HVAC,

  and

  electrical systems

• Minimum 7

  years of experience

  in hotel engineering, including

  MEP systems, HVAC, and renovations

• Proven track record in

  hotel pre-openings and project management

• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and compliance protocols
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
