Job Description

Lead and Influence the team of software developers to deliver quality Products.
Guide and Mentor team for career progression and Continuous skill Building.
Hire and Develop A Team for Software Product Development.
Work with Stakeholders and Product Teams to deliver and define a roadmap.
Deliver a consistent and reliable Backend service.
Define and Drive Implementable, resilient Software Delivery and Development Process.
About you - Essential skills:
You have a BE / BTech or equivalent experience
12 + years of experience developing Microservices, Nodejs/Java/Golang/Python.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale of millions of records.
Exposure to Spark, in either of the Stack PySpark, Scala, Java.
Familiarity and experience with Rest APIs
Experience with Online Commerce, managing data at Scale
Experience in building scalable services/systems,

Experience in caching and searching solutions
Experience in Code profiling, Performance Tuning
Experience Managing Full Stack teams, with Reactjs for Front-end
Eager to learn about new technologies and implement these ideas in a production environment.
Business proficiency in spoken and written English
You will be working with a global team and need to be accommodative of different time-zones as required.
Experience working with, designing, and deploying production-grade Services, in Public Cloud like AWS/Azure and optimising the cost.

APIs: GraphQL, Rest API
Data: Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
Deployment: Apache Airflow, DAG, Dockers, Kubernetes
