Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 25+ engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack domains.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery—from architecture and development to testing anddeployment.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years

  of total experience in software development, with at least

  3–5 years in engineering management
