We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our hotel’s sales team. You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals of the hotel
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market
  • Handle corporate, group, and event bookings to generate new revenue streams
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure business development
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel in line with corporate standards and the hotel requirements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of local market trends
  • Knowledge of Delhi NCR market is preferred
