Job Description

Hiring: Sales Manager Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Plan and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Conduct property site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and management.
Uphold the companys brand reputation and maintain high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry (5+ years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and perform under pressure.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and practices.
High integrity, professionalism, and client-focused approach.
Male candidates preferred (30+ years).
