Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Holiday Homes Rental Manager located in Saligao, North Goa with work-from-home flexibility. The Holiday Homes Rental Manager will be responsible for managing, listing holiday home properties, coordinating with guests, handling reservations, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards, and managing check-ins and check-outs. The role also includes marketing properties, managing budgets, and developing strategies for maximizing occupancy rates.

Requirement

• Property management and coordination skills
• Experience in guest hospitality and customer service in 5 star Hotels
• Marketing and promotional skills
• Budget management and financial planning experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the holiday rental or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Based in North Goa
