Job Description

HR Generalist - The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with managers to help them with their human resource needs.


Responsibilities:

• Implement designed strategies, KRA’s, KPI’s, Policies and HR formats

• Conduct Weekly Review Meetings and daily morning checks for execution

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

• Develop comprehensive and sustainable Employee Engagement strategies

• Delegate work in the HR team and review the same

• Plan, establish, and oversee Social Media presence for recruitment and Employer Branding; manage events

• Coordinate with various consultancies for recruitment and build sustainable campus connections

• Implement HR Policies, SOPs, and Checklists

• Identify Training Needs and conduct monthly training programs for teams and individuals

• Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures

• Manage Employee Database and prepare reports for hires, transfers, terminations, job changes, merit increases, and leave records

• Facilitate smooth onboarding process ensuring cross-departmental coordination



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• No. of recruitments done

• Employee Data management

• Timely submission of compliance reports

• Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow

• Performance evaluation reports of staff
