Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

• Help manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.

• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

• Support HR audits and compliance-related tasks.

• Handle employee queries and provide timely assistance.

• Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 to 3 years of experience in HR are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
