Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure timely documentation and induction
Process monthly payroll, including variables, reimbursements, and deductions
Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliation
Administer employee benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave encashment)
Ensure timely statutory filings and remittances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
Monitor compliance with labor laws and applicable regulations
Support HR audits and ensure readiness for inspections
Track attendance, leave, and time-off with team coordination
Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities
Ensure HR processes align with legal and internal standards
Organize and maintain a structured HR records repository

Requisites & Skills:

3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, payroll processing and HR compliance, preferably in a financial services company
Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll software
Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS platforms
